The Workright Process

Our process is sound and systematic, based on proven ergonomic principles. The goal is always to keep workers injury-free by identifying the root cause of injuries and eliminating/minimizing ergonomic risk factors.

Identify LOOK - LISTEN- MEASURE. By coming to your work environment we can observe your employees working in their environment, workstation set-up, task demands, body posture and movement and evaluate worker habits. We listen to you and your employees’ perspective about ergonomic issues. Measurements may be taken of heights, distances and forces.
Analyze All the information is examined. The root cause of ergonomic risk factors is identified. Priorities are set.
Fix Ergonomic solutions are practical, doable fixes with a sensitivity to cost considerations. We can provide office ergonomic accessories on a trial basis and help source ergonomic equipment.

Ergonomic education and training, whether on a one-to-one basis or group, is engaging and relevant to the job at hand.
Follow-up This step is often the missing link. Ergonomic issues are followed until the issue is resolved. That means the employee is able to work productively and comfortably and the risk of injury is eliminated.
